As a standalone, non-multisite setup:
We do not support sites running in a subfolder/subdirectory, e.g. http://www.domain.com/some-site/.
We do support subdomains, e.g. http://some-site.domain.com/.
As a multisite setup:
We do support multisites using subfolders/subdirectories, e.g. http://www.domain.com/some-site/.
We do support multisites using subdomains or different domains from the root site, e.g. http://some-site.domain.com/ only if you are on a 5+ site (Advanced or greater) or High Traffic plans. For more information about using multisites with sub-domain support, please see this guide.
If hosting a site in a subfolder/subdirectory is required, you could consider enabling WordPress’ multisite functionality. Pressable does not assist with migrating standalone sites into a WordPress multisite installation.
